Really? Nothing more to do for you? You are finished?

One of the biggest mistakes I see in people is the word: it is fine… I know its not perfect but hey it could be worse..

Wake up! Do you want to make these changes? If not then fine, don’t but then stop comparing yourself to the women out there waking up every morning doing their workout and having a healthy breakfast. Of course their abs are defined, but the truth is you do not have the right to label them “for them its easy, but if they were me they would see how hard it is to… blablaba!! This is b* and you know it.

the truth is: No-one can stop you from the direction you are on whether it is a good or a bad one.

How to measure if you develop yourself positive or negative:

Picture yourself at the same time last year, for example – now it is August, what did you do last August? How did you look like? Where did you work? How happy were you? How much did you earn? and so on… and now get honest about how you are today, what do you look like today, how much did you earn the last month?

When its better than last year you are on a good path, if not, you are leveling down.. point blanc.

What are you unhappy about? The only way to deal with it is to go in front of the mirror, look into your eyes and tell yourself the truth… have a conversation with yourself and tell yourself the absolute truth. If you gained weight be honest and do not say “you gained a little weight” no be honest: “you gained 20 pounds and this is making me feel bad about myself every day” – if you have bad feedback at your job tell yourself: “you get bad feedback at your job and you know this could be much better but you are way to lazy to do better so get up your ass and make those calls one after another because this is about your future career!”

get up and going out of this rut. Stop lying to yourself. The definition of crazy is to keep doing the same things and expecting a different outcome.

Challenge yourself: do 10 small things every morning that will completely change the outcome of your day:

  • wake up with a big smile and thank the universe or god that you woke up this day
  • read aloud your goals for this year
  • move – whatever – dance, do the Pamela Reif workouts, go for a walk – but move!
  • read or listen to educational material about a current problem you have – how do you expect to solve it from your current knowledge? If you knew what to do yet, you wouldn’t have the problem in the first place – so study for a minimum of 5 minutes! every morning!
  • do not look at your phone for the first hour of the day – stop letting your phone, friends, news control the beginning of your day, you have to take control from now on – so set it aside!
  • drink half a liter of water
  • set out the 5 most important things for the day and if you can not finish them then put them on your list for tomorrow
