cleansing – how to become younger day by day

This blog post is not here to use scientific data and show you exactly why what I am going to write about is the way it is. This post is about what really works!

Wake up in the morning, do some cardio, walking, sport – drink lots of water and have caffeine before working out if needed, then wait an hour or up to 12 p.m. and drink a smoothie made out of 50 %greens (leafy greens like kale, spinach, Roman lettuce,…) and 50% fruit with water or coconut water – blend it and then drink it – you can also drink it over the course of the day.

I don`t care what else you are doing the rest of the day, just make sure not to have sugar, fried food or anything made out of wheat like bread and pasta.

You can have salads, olive oil, nuts, seeds, meat, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, grilled salmon, broccoli, whatever!

You’ll get slim, fit, younger looking and full of energy.

Also make sure to lower the complicated stuff – do not stress.
