Inner beauty is the light that shines to and threw you, it is what others find beautiful in a not so handsome person. Inner beauty capsules your soul when you smile. It shines threw you, attracts and draws in. Your inner beauty will make you look beautiful even when someone on the outside seems to not have won the genetic lottery.

To improve your inner beauty you must take care of yourself from the inside. Of the person that’s inside your heart head and mind..

your inner beauty began a long time ago..

One sunny day a little child was playing by the garden bushes. She was so warmly held by the scenery, the sun beams warmed her little body whilst her knees touched the cold grass. With tender care she plugged a withered dandelion and blew on it. As she watched the tiny flowers of the withered dandelion fly away with the wind she believed that she would one day become belle. Belle out of the movie the beauty and the beast, you know? That movie, that movie she watched over and over, that movie that led her to starting reading books, that movie inspired her to BECOMING.

and which should furthermore determine where she’s going to go in her life..

Now she is quite accomplished, but thinking back to the dreaming girl she once was, she misses her. She would like to tell her – never listen to the nay sayers that will come along your way in the next years. You are perfect, just the way you are. Yes you will have to learn a lot – but please, never loose that beautiful rosy essence of yours will you? Will you never loose the little princess you ar deep in your heart, will you never? She begs her younger self to not do so, because she now knows how easily one is inclined to forget about the reality of the person living in your heart when life comes at you with a blast.

Coming a long way

We were all children once.

Once we intended to be super heroes, now we get that burger down the corner and drown our feelings in a bottle of wine.

But will you never stop being that little princess, will you? Seemingly a joke in our day to day..

The world is a crazy place, but just today hearing the words of SadGuhru: What if there is no heaven or hell, what if this is already heaven – how could you tell/prove this statement wrong?

This really made me think! Yes, what if this here is already heaven and the job that we have to do is to accept the god given abundance in this world and do our best to help people do the same. As it is said in the Bible – Jesus took our sins.. so why do we self impose so much worry? What if we have the choice to be free and free our minds to live life the way our heart wants to?

Running that thought threw your head you realize the problems of this world come out of fear, anger, the belief that resources are scarce. We build and build in order to reach a goal that makes us look better in the eyes of others, but what if just for this one moment you are reading this you would take a moment and think of the little girl or boy you once wear. Think of them. Look them in the eye and as them:

Who do you wanna be?

Who do you wanna be? Because you still can be and do everything!

Yes it might not look like the perfect movie, or the scenery in beginning of this blog but:

we don’t have to keep up with that standard!

If this is already Heaven then who would possibly be measuring your success? Wo dare tells what’s perfect, good and beautiful? The inhabitants of heaven? No!, in nature there is no measure: there is just and simply the missing of the realization that we already live in full abundance and we have to start accepting that as human beings to stop the self imposed troubles, pressures, rumors and stinginess… (read that one again until you really get it – I know its a little complicated.. how could I phrase this simpler pls let me know in the comments^^)

Imagine beauty, imagine you could be that woman yo dream about to become.

Imagine her.. what is she wearing?

Hey stop – why do you limit yourself, no really.. what is she wearing beauty?

How does her hair fall on her shoulder?

Which smell hints at you when entering her home? What’s her body like? What’s on her mind?

Close your eyes & try them on…

Those Louboutins waiting in the corner of that 5.2 Million home.. or go for a jogg in the wilderness of WHEREEVEER!! YOU want to be.

walk like her, talk like her– connect with the real you inside of your heart, your little version of your self sitting on the dandelion field.. whilst creating your NEW dream.

No limits here beauty – because: We know that there are no limits to the person consistently working towards a clearly defined goal.

There is only our frog to eat beauty: the hardship of keeping consistent and solving the problems along the way…

and we can get that one figured out, can’t we? 🙂 Come on!
