Black coffee in the morning, fasting till 12, eating just a raw vegetable smoothie and walking 10k a day. Afterwards eat whatever you want until 8, relax, work, live life. It can be that easy but only when you are able to set some rules for yourself and you stick to them.
This blog is meant to be a quick way to success for everybody reading it, so let me repeat:
Why do you think people that look after themselves get successful more quickly than those who walk around sloppy? Why do you think people in experiments give a dollar to the well dressed person kindly asking rather than to a begger on the streets? Why is it that people tend to smile at kids well dressed and not even bother about the ones poorly dressed?
THIS IS PURE INSTINCT AND YOU BETTER ACCEPT THE RULES IN LIFE
Is it fair? No. But it is what it ist. People can not look on your inside, they only see your appearance. Sadly.
Do you like to sit next to a smelly person? Do you like it when someone smiles at you with crooked dirty teeth? Do you like to sit next to a stranger on the subway wearing clothes that are dirty and sloppy?
The truth is that you most likely do not – it is an instinct. People that do not look after themselves can not look after anybody else and your primal instinct does not want to be near them.
If you have any goals in life and want to reach them then think about the way you dress, stand, speak, smell, walk, smile,…
Are you clean? Well mannered? Are your clothes ironed? Are your shoes clean or do they have wholes in them? Could you use a dental check up? Be honest!
I know, it is hard! It is hard to care, that’s why most people take the easy route. But good news: As majority takes the easy route what if you do not? -> Yes! you will stand out, you will have greater chances in life, you will succeed quicker.
